Appointment

Please call our offices to make an appointment to discuss your housing needs.

This is a no obligation free design and advice service.

You may have already purchased land and that’s great but if not don’t despair as we can assist with this as there are so many factors involved in designing and building homes on different parcels of land that can affect the bottom line.

Establish a Brief and Budget

These are the first questions we will ask you as we begin to enlighten you.

In preparation for your first meeting please bring with you all relevant paperwork pertaining to your land, site photographs and a scrap book of ideas is always handy. It will soon give us greater insight into your style.

We have many off the shelf concepts that can be adapted to suit most parcels. If not allow us to design a concept to purpose suit your site considering your brief, budget, orientation, ventilation, topography, views, landscape and the like. This is an obligation free service that would normally cost you thousands.

Pre Contract

Once your design and inclusions are finalised we will arrange an itemised quotation/ pre-contract within 5 working days; discuss any amendments that need to be made and proceed with the approval of the pre-contact.

Soil Test & Finalisation of your
Agreement with CQH

At this stage the Residential Building Contract and Deposit Invoice will be prepared for your approval/payment. CQH will then organise a soil test, wind rating certificate and the contour/ re establishment survey.

Submission and Explanation

Upon acceptance of the Residential Building Contract, our obligations to you will be explained in depth including construction time frames, progress payments and dealing with lending institutions. You will also be introduced to your Building Supervisor, Tim Cook.

Product / Colour Selection

This is the time where we go through your new home product / colour selection criteria further creating more individuality. You will be provided with a list of selections and recommended suppliers. To make the process enjoyable, fun and incredibly easy; we will arrange a convenient time to go through your kitchen design and all things fabricated with Frank Liberti.

Commencement

Your lending institution, should one be involved, will arrange progress payments upon completion of each stage.

Handover

A full site clean including internally and externally will be conducted prior to handover. You will also receive your copy of the Master Builders Homeowners Guide for Termite Management.

Please be reminded to insure your house and contents prior to handover. Your lending institution will require it.
